The Minister Delegate to the Minister of the Economy, Planning and Regional Development, Paul Tasong, received in audience on Tuesday, 28 February 2023, a large delegation of the Emirati company “MBS Global Investment” headed by his Director in charge of international affairs, Fritzgerald Zephir.

A large delegation of emirate investors is on an economic prospection visit to Cameroon. The Minister Delegate to MINEPAT received the delegation, during an audience that lasted almost an hour. During this meeting, the two parties discussed the investment opportunities Cameroon has to offers. Paul TASONG availed this opportunity to present to his guests the main orientations of the vision of the emergence of Cameroon borne by the President of the Republic, H.E. Paul BIYA. Emphasis was laid on the investment priorities defined in the National Development Strategy 2020-2030, especially in the domains of energy and communication infrastructure, the development of agriculture and tourism, and the promotion of the private sector to support the structural transformation of the Cameroonian economy.
